Honed tube is a kind of pipe that the inner hole of cold drawing pipe is machined by honing head with the high speed grinding process, so that the inner hole achieves the tolerance dimension and surface roughness requirements required by us. It is widely used in engineering machinery, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, road construction machinery, textile machinery and other industries.
Application:
Cylinder pipes are often used in industrial applications such as in the construction of heavy machinery and in oil and gas pipelines. Cylinder pipes are also used for plumbing, irrigation, and sewage systems. They can also be used to transport air and other gases, liquids, and solids. Cylinder pipes are also used in the automotive industry for fuel lines, exhaust systems, and brake lines.
SURFACE TREATMENTS:
1. Bare Tube (No coating): Bright and smooth, Surface Roughness both inner and outer surface 0.2Ra Maximum for special requirement
2. Surface Coating
A. Silver galvanized
B. Yellow galvanized
C. Olive green coated
Layer thickness: 8-20um, Salty Spray Test: 48-150 hours
3. Black phosphate
